DELIVERY
Products are normally shipped for overnight delivery if orders are received by 4:00 p.m. CST. Domestic shipping days are Monday through Thursday. International shipping days are generally Monday and Friday.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND FREIGHT
Effective April 1, 2006, a $35.00 shipping charge is applied to all domestic orders. A freight charge is applied to all international orders. This will vary by country.
DUTIES/TAXES
International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes that their shipments may incur.
TERMS
U.S. and Canadian payment terms are net 30 days after shipment. Prepayment is required for all other orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders for regularly stocked items may be cancelled at no charge provided that the notice is received before the order is shipped.
RETURNS
To facilitate processing, no consideration will be given to returns unless prior authorization and shipping instructions have been obtained from the Takara Bio USA Customer Service or Technical Support Department. No product may be returned after 30 days unless otherwise indicated. No perishable products may be returned for credit. In-transit insurance on returned goods is optional and is the customer's responsibility.
WARRANTIES
Takara Bio USA warrants material to be of merchantable quality at the time of sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to determine the adequacy of all materials for any intended, or specific, purpose or use. Takara Bio USA shall not be liable for any consequential, general, incidental, or contingent damages of any kind. Takara Bio USA's sole obligation is to replace the material up to the amount of the purchase price.
